Project Overview of Decision Analysis for Army Environmental Hygiene Agency

The U.S. Army Environmental Hygiene Agency (AEHA) needed to reorganize in response to new mission requirements and asked Aquabio to develop a decision analysis framework for them to use, and to conduct a training program in decision analysis methods.

Aquabio's Role

• Aquabio staff developed a decision analysis framework to evaluate existing agency programs
• Aquabio staff trained key Agency staff in decision analysis methods

Results of Decision Analysis

• Agency command structure, program managers, and project managers successfully used the decision analysis framework developed by Aquabio to jointly prioritize existing programs and identify new programs required to respond to new mission
• Aquabio prepared and conducted an environmental decision analysis course to introduce AEHA staff to theory and practice of decision analysis
